Refund Policy

1. What you pay for

Every Sygmatic lesson is free. The only payment on the site is the optional tip jar ("Buy me a coffee" or "Buy me lunch"): a one-time payment to Idea Engine LLC, processed by Stripe, at the price shown before you pay. A tip unlocks nothing, is not a subscription and never renews. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.

2. Refunds

Because a tip is a voluntary gift that buys nothing, tips are non-refundable, with one exception: if a payment was made in error (for example a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a tip you did not mean to make), email support@idea-engine.studio within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Include the email address on your Stripe receipt and the date of the charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing on Sygmatic changes when a tip is refunded.

3. Charges you do not recognise

Tips are charged by Idea Engine LLC through Stripe. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email us first; we will look it up and refund any mistake, which is quicker than a bank dispute.
